What is an Account?

An account is an entity about which information is stored. Generally an account is someone associated with your organization: a donor, potential donor, parent, student, teacher or anyone else who is associated with you.

• When you enter a new account, you will enter basic information; name, address, phone number and any other data.
• Once this information is entered, you will be able to add pledges, payments, dinner reservations, etc. to the account, as well as link other data via other accounts.

In addition to basic account information and contact information, the account screen includes the account's contact logs, participation, associations, pledges and payments.
