Admire Pay

AdmirePay is a gateway used with Admire to process credit card payments/donations.

Here is some important general information:

• The most important thing to know is that AdmirePay is run through a third party (either Banquest or Cardnox), so for many issues with credit card processing you will need to deal with Banquest/Cardnox themselves and not your Admire Consultant.
• You cannot issue voids or refunds through the Admire software.
  • Banquest has an "AdmirePay" gateway. Use that to issue voids/refunds.
  • Use Cardknox regular portal to do this.
    Important:

    If you are experiencing trouble with this, please reach out to Banquest/Cardnox themselves, not your Admire Consultant.

• If Banquest was used prior to having AdmirePay to store credit card information (and not in Admire itself), the credit card numbers will not be automatically transferred to AdmirePay.  
  • Banquest charges a fee for moving these numbers over ($0.25 per card at a minimum of $500)
  • You will need to provide the demographic information and then Admire's Professional Services Team will have to match the demographics and update Admire - there may be Admire fees involved in this as well
• Currently the CVV is required when entering credit cards (Banquest)
