I cannot log in to my Admire Microsoft Azure account. I am currently logged in to my existing Microsoft account. How do I log in to my Microsoft Azure for Admire?

We recommend setting up a separate chrome profile for Admire Azure. Follow the step-by-step instruction below:

In your Chrome browser, click on your profile button on the top-right, and select 'Add' on the bottom
Select 'Continue without an Account'
Give this new profile a name, and click 'Done'
Log in to Azure by clicking this link - https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient. Be sure to bookmark this for easy access.

I am receiving an 'Oops, we couldn't connect to Admire' error message when I try to log in to Admire on Azure.

Are you seeing this message?

'Oops, we couldn't connect to Admire - Client Name'. 'We couldn't connect to the remote PC. This might be because of a network problem. If this keeps happening, ask your admin or tech support for help.'

This may be related to a filter on your computer. You will need to whitelist the following URL's in order to access Azure for Remote Desktop clients

I am receiving a permission error message when trying to Access Admire on Azure.

'You don't have access to this'. 'Your sign-in was successful but you don't have permission to access this resource.'

To solve this, you need to make sure you are using the correct URL to access Admire on Azure. The correct URL is https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/. Be sure to bookmark this for easy access.

I cannot login. I keep getting this error.
