Article summary

Sessions should ideally be created by using the option to copy from the previous year when using the Student Advancement Wizard. However, there have been times when the option to copy the sessions was not selected. A new update has been released to address this in case this has happened to you.

To run this update:

  1. Go to the Report Wizard.
  2. Select 'Run Update'
  3. Choose the update 'Copy Sessions From Last Years Courses'.
  4.  No filter is required to run this update. You will be prompted to select the previous year term to copy the sessions from and the year to copy the sessions to. Press ok and the update will run.
This will only create sessions for courses that DO NOT already have sessions created.
