Creating an Account for an Individual

BACKGROUND:

When a student, or other individual, becomes an adult (often when they become an alumnus), schools/organizations often like to create a new account for them personally, as opposed to having them remain solely on their parents’ account(s).

TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT FROM AN INDIVIDUAL:
On the parents’ account you will see a list on the right of all individuals on the account:

1. Right click on the individual that you want to create an account for
2. Go to additional options
3. Click create new account.
