Dealing with Special Circumstances in Parent Portal

How to set up family on Parent Portal when the parents have two seperate accounts in Admire (ie Divorced):

• Each account can be set up with the Portal as long as they each have a different email address
• If students are assigned only one form then each parents account will get the form.  However if one parent fills it out the second parent will see the form as "Completed" and will not be able to make changes.
• If you want both parents to be able to fill out and make changes to the form that you need to assign that student two of the same form (make sure the “don’t create if exists” button is not checked off when doing this for this child). 
• When it comes to pre-filling the forms, the forms should pre-fill with the data from the account that is selected to be the default account.
