      1. Save your file in 'tsclient -> Remote Desktop Virtual Drive -> Downloads'

      1. The first time you download a file on a new browser, you will get a prompt pop up to download the file.

        1. Check ‘Don’t ask me again on this browser’ and click Confirm

      2. The file will be accessible in your local computer’s Downloads folder
