Please note that this issue is ONLY applicable when:
  • You are using AU AZURE WEB BROWSER
  • You are trying to DOWNLOAD/SAVE (not Upload)
  • The file was changed to be an .xlsx NOT a .csv (.csv works!)
  • The folder you are in is the \\TSClient\RemoteDesktopVirtualDrive>Downloads
OR
  • You are using AU AZURE WEB BROWSER in the Mail Merge Screen
  • You are trying to DOWNLOAD/SAVE 
  • The file is an .rtf
  • The folder you are in is the \\TSClient\RemoteDesktopVirtualDrive>Downloads


There is a error that occurs when trying to Download/Save an Exel .xlx file from Admire AU Web Browser to the Uploads Folder.

To workaround this error you can do the following:

  • When prompted where to save the export, select "Documents found in the left pane of the save dialog.  
  • Name your export and select .xls as the format and hit "Save".
  • Click the "Home" icon on the top left of your screen.
  • Open the "File Explorer" shortcut.
  • Navigate to the "Documents" folder and locate your exported file.
  • Copy/paste or Drag/drop the .xlx file to the TsClient "Downloads" folder.
To Make the Download Folder Visible:
Click the little arrows near the folder names in the left pane.
The first time per each login session:
You may see this pop-up error.
Click 'Try Again' and the file should download.
  • The .xlx file should download and be available in your personal Downloads folder on your computer.
