Duplicating a Mail Merge Template

To duplicate a Mail Merge Template:

  1. Go to the Mail Merge step 'Letter Type'.
  2.  Choose your template from the dropdown, click the down arrow on the right side of the 'Design' button and select the 'Duplicate' option.
  3. A pop-up will give you an option to use this template as a letter code.
    1. If you would like to set it up then chose ‘Yes’. You will be prompted to name the letter code. 
    2. If you would to not like to assign a letter code, select ‘No’.
  4. Your template document will open in a pop-up. Make all necessary changes and click 'Ok'.
