Browse for the file that you would like to import by clicking on the .
If it's an Excel spreadsheet, choose the worksheet and determine if it contains row headers in the spreadsheet.
Load the list .
Look it over to make sure that all the information looks correct. There are a bunch of options on top of fields that you can change for all your records listed. For example, if you’d like to change the occasion from all these payments, you can choose “Select All” and then find the occasion on top and drop it down to the whole list .
Before importing the financial information into Admire, an account needs to be available for each record.
DO NOT use the "AUTO Match/Create Accounts" button (top right of screen) unless you know precisely what you're doing and have excessive experience using it. Reach out to your consultant to discuss safe usage of this button, because -- if used safely -- it can save hours of work in certain situations.
To use the regular Match/Create button (mid/bottom left of screen), select All Unmatched- selects all records that don't have an account ID. The account information including name, address and telephone fields will be imported.
When matching with the Match/Create button, the Quick Entry screen will be used to either create an account or match to an existing account for each imported record.
Note: if the import does not include any financial data, the Import Account Wizard should be used click here for instructions on how to use.
After accounts are imported, the financial data is ready for import.
Select the rows to be imported. Use the 'Select All', 'Clear All', Invert Selection' buttons for quicker selection of rows.
Click on 'Import Data '.
