How to access the downloaded information

Once you downloaded the information from the Parent Portal, here is how to access the information you downloaded on Admire:

• You can see all the forms under the individual student in the Student Browser.
  • Go to the "Affiliates/Forms" tab
  • Select the "Forms" tab
  • This will display all the forms and additional data on them
• If you would like to see the documents downloaded on an individual account:
  • Open that account, and click on the down arrow next to the paperclip (which should be highlighted in yellow).
  • Select the "Documents" folder
  • This will bring up the "Document Manager" screen
  • Select the document you would like to open and hit the "Open" button
