      Campaigns – Memorial

      Right Click – New

      Click the NEW INDIVIDUAL ICON  at the top right

      Enter the deceased’s information.

      Make sure to check off deceased and enter the deceased date.

      Save the individual.Enter the Hebrew name under More Names

       

      You can enter a note about the yahrtzeit.

      Click Fill from Ind to calculate the yahrtzeit based on the deceased date entered. Click Apply

      Right click in the grey area to add those that should be getting notification regarding the yahrtzeit.

      Click New

      Find the Account

      Click Next to fill in the correspondence dates.

      You can choose specific addresses, name formats or letters.

      Click OK to save

      After the Yahrtzeits are entered you can print a Memorial List from the report wizard.

      You can also send out notification from the Mail Merge wizard with Memorial Correspondences.
