NEW for AU: Accessing Portal Documents that were already downloaded, in Bulk:

• This is a new feature for all clients on AU.  If you already downloaded the attachments that the parents uploaded to the portal, and now you would like to access them in bulk, go to Parent Portal: Forms: Browse File Attachments.
  • Select which type of form you would like to access from the dropdown list, and hit "Load".
  • Remember this is only for attachments that parents sent you via the Parent Portal so not all forms can load.
  • You can select all or some files and then copy and paste them into the TS Client Downloads folder in the AU File Explorer.
• If you are not on AU then just go to the folder that you mapped the documents to go into.

5. If you would like an export of all the downloaded data:

• Go to the Report Wizard
  • Choose to Run Export
  • The Name of the Export is called: Parent Portal Web Form Export
    • You can filter for the term you would like to see
    • It will  prompt you for the form name.
