PTA Checklist
- Print a Course List report and distribute to each teacher. Have the teacher confirm that the enrollments are correct.
- Print a Teacher List report and show courses. Confirm that each teacher teaches the correct course.
- Pull a report of students whose parent account does not match the default account
- When is PTA?
- What is the appointment duration?
- How long should PTA be? (multiply the largest number of students one teacher has to see by the appointment duration)
- Do you want official breaks for the teachers during the night?
- Are any teachers not attending PTA?
- Do any teachers teach more than 1 course?
- Do you want both courses to receive appointments?
- If yes, is there enough time in the night for the teacher to see both courses?
- Departmental Courses:
- Is there enough time in the night to receive appointments with all students for the default appointment duration?
- Should the departmental courses have a shorter duration time (which goes with the interval ie: 3 and 6)?
- Students with divorced parents:
- Do both parents receive appointments or just one?
- Teachers which have children in school:
- Do they receive appointments with the spouse?
- Does the teacher interrupt his/her class’s PTA to go to her child’s PTA?
- Do these students not receive appointments?
- Should parents have appointments back to back or time between each appointment?
Note: If you have some courses with many students and some with only few, teachers will have breaks during the night.
