To open the staff browser, go to School >> Staff

(As part of the process of adding this new individual to your Admire system, you'll need to either select the account to add the individual to, or create a new account on which to place them. That is all done on the pop-up screen you'll get when you add the new individual.)
  3. Once you select the individual, you can enter in other staff information as desired.
  4. If the staff member is a teacher, check off teacher and then type in the display name you want to use for them (which may or may not match the actual name of the "individual" you are using as this staff member).
  5.  If the teacher is going to receive their own user credentials on Admire or Adrenaline, you'll need to indicate that here and follow the steps outlined in the relevant documentation.

Once the staff member is fully created, you can assign staff positions, associations or any other information in the staff browser.

To create staff positions so that they are available to be added to staff members on the Staff Browser, go to Administration >> Staff Position Types.

  1. In the line with the pen, you can type in the staff position. You can also have groups of staff positions such as office and business office.
  2. In the staff browser, you can assign staff their positions by right clicking in the positions tab and selecting "New," or by clicking on the "New" button on the right side of the screen.

Note: The teacher info tab on the staff browser will be auto filled for all teachers based on their courses and sessions.
