Paying Multiple Pledges with 1 Payment
Multiple receipts/payment acknowledgements are not sent for one payment that is paying multiple pledges.
For example: Donor sent in one $500 check to pay for his $400 Dinner 2024 pledge and his $100 Summertime Raffle 2024 pledge. Donor will not get two receipts, only one receipt for the total of $500 will generate.
Instead, the Admire user selects which of the pledges' Campaign should be the Primary Campaign for the receipt or pledge acknowledgement.
After entering in a payment that is applied to two/more pledges, the following will pop-up:
Use the down arrow to view your Campaign options.
Select which campaign should be the Primary Campaign and the field will populate.

Please Note!
If part of the payment goes towards a campaign that is not marked tax-deductible that portion of the payment will not be included in any receipt or payment acknoldgement letter.
