Account Activity

Account Activity

All accounts display a section called Activity located on the right side of the page.  This section records all Contact Logs & Notes, Letters such as Receipts & Invoices, Pledges and Payments.  Account records display with the most recent on top.

Account Activity Features:

• A search bar to find a specific entry.

  

• Filter capabilities:

  • Type: Use the drop-down arrow next to Type, to choose a specific type of record to display.

    

  • User: Use the drop-down arrow next to User, to choose to display records entered by a specific user.

• Pinned Activity

  • You can pin down a specific record and it will always display on top.

    • Click on located at the end of the record.

• Click on .

• The record will now display on the top of the Activity section.
