Contact Logs
Contact Logs are a record of information about the account such as phone calls, emails or texts. They allow you to track correspondence with the account. You can keep track of when this occurred together with the topic and a summary of what happened. Both the Contact Logs and Notes (explained below) serve as reference points to ensure important account information is not forgotten allowing you to build better account relationships. Additionally, you can create Lists/Reports of Contact Logs.
When entering a Contact Log you can fill in all this information:

Notes are general pieces of knowledge about the account such as preferences, complaints or anything you need to pay particular attention to that you should remember about the account. A note just allows for a summary of what you would like to record. It does not record any more details such as a date. Additionally, Notes differ from Contact Logs in that you CANNOT create a List/Report of Notes.
When entering a Note you can only fill in Summary:
How to Add Contact Logs/Notes
Add Contact Log/Note on an Account
Open the account you wish to record the contact log/note on.
Click on the located next the search bar of the account’s Activity section.
Select either .
Fill in the fields, the default date is the current date.
Hit when done.
Add Contact Logs/Notes in Bulk
Open or create Lists/Reports in the Data Center .
Select the accounts you wish to add the Contact log/note.
Either click on

Select either .
Fill in the fields, the default date is the current date.
Hit when done.
