How to Create a New Association

Setting Up a New Association

  • Go to Settings -> Data Organization -> Associations tab.
  • Select .
  • Fill in your new Association under the white box labeled Name.
  • You can add in a Description in the box provided - this is optional.

Editing the Association

Edit the Association

  • Go to Settings -> Data Organization -> Associations tab.
  • Select the pencil icon located to the right of the Association.
  • Make your changes in the screen and hit .

Delete the Association

  • Go to Settings -> Data Organization -> Associations tab.
  • Select the garbage icon located to the right of the Association.
  • You will be prompted if you really wish to delete this Association as it will be removed from all accounts. 
  • Select  to completely get rid of this Association from your database.

You can access the Association Settings straight from an Account by clicking on the Association itself and selecting .

How to Add/Edit/Delete an Association on an Account

Add an Association to an Account
 

  • Open the Account.
  • Select the Add Association button below the Account Name.
  • Select the Association you would like to add from the drop-down list.

Delete Association from Account

  • Open the Account.
  • Click on the Association you wish to remove.
  • Select  to remove the Association from the Account.
