Changing Credit Cards on Future Payments

Changing CC on Single Payment

To change the credit card set for a single payment:

• Go to the payment on the person’s account.

• Select the payment so it opens with more details on the right-hand side.

• Select the credit card listed under Method and the screen will open up, letting you edit the information.

• Use the drop-down arrow next to the credit card to choose another card or add a new card.

• Select to save your change.

Changing CC on Installment Plan

To change the credit card on a series of future payments, you can follow the steps above to switch the payments one at a time or you can do as follows:

• Go to the Credit Card screen.

  • Either by selecting from the account screen (top right next to Create Pledge button).

  • Selecting when editing a credit card from a future payment.

• 

• Select located at the end of the credit card that has the scheduled future payments on it.

• Choose from the drop-down menu.

  

• The Transfer Payments screen will pop-up, listing all the future payment set to charge on this card.

  

• Select a new credit card or add a new one using the drop-down arrow on the Replacement Credit Card field.

• Scroll to the bottom of the screen.

• Select to complete.

Changing CC on a Recurring Pledge

To change which credit card should be billed for a recurring pledge:

• Go to the account with the recurring pledge.

• Open the recurring pledge.

  • Select the Pledge or Payment with the recurring symbol.

  • Select the green gear next to Recurring Schedule on the top of the sidebar.

    

• The Recurring Schedule will pop up on top.

  

• Change the card using the drop-down arrow on the Credit Card field.

• Select when done.
