Contact Information

Contact Details

The account’s contact details are located on the account screen right under the Account Display.
Use the scroll bars on the Contact Details box (red) to view Custom Fields that are set at the account level.

How is Contact Info Stored

Both the Home Phone and Address are stored on the account Level.  An account cannot have more than one Home Phone.

Any additional phone numbers, email addresses or work addresses are stored on the Individuals.  

• Click on to view a more compressive listing of all contact details together with the individual’s contacts.

Best Contact

This allows you to choose from any of the individual’s phone numbers or the Home Phone to be the best contact on this account.

Primary Address

Every account has one Primary Address but can have additional non-primary addresses.  

The primary address is noted with the filled in .
