Accessing the Create Account Screen
You can access the Create Account screen from the top right corner.
Additionally, you can access the Create Account screen from the middle search bar.
Creating the Account
Fill in the Last Name of the Account. The Last Name is a required field and you cannot create an account without it.
Creating an Anonymous Account:
To create an anonymous account click on located at the end of the Last Name entry box. This will create the Last Name of Anonymous together with one active individual with the First Name of Anonymous.
NOTE: All Letters will display with “Dear Friend” instead of First & Last Names on Anonymous Accounts.
Adding the Individual
An account requires at least one active individual.
Start typing or select the HIM/HER or anywhere in the red box area and the screen will expand to enter additional information about the primary individual.
Use (above screenshot, boxed in blue) to add more individuals to the account who are not primary.
The expanded primary individual entry screen looks like this:
By default, all the individuals will populate with the Account’s Last Name.
To override the Last name, click on the next to the individual’s Last Name.
Then use the Override Last Name field which appears.
Click on to further expand the screen and record additional information.
Adding Contact Information
Scroll down the Create Account screen to enter the contact information. Note that this information is not required.
Fill in the contact information that you have in the appropriate box.
Use to select the best contact from all the phone number entered.
Click on to add another address on the account for example a summer home.
You can place Tags on certain pieces of Contact Information.
Custom Fields on Account
The rest of the information on the Create Account screen are the Custom Fields created by your organization.
Complete the Entry
When you have finished all the data entry click .

Duplicate Accounts
When saving a new account, Admire will do a quick check to make sure the account does not already exist. If there is a matching or similar account in your database, you will be presented with a list of the similar accounts to choose from. The matching/similar data will be highlighted. You can then choose to cancel the new account and open the original one.
How Search for Duplicate Accounts Works:
When on the Create Account screen, after data is entered, select .
Admire will now search the database for duplicates. If any are found a screen will pop-up:
Scroll down to see all the options.
Notice how the similar data is highlighted in yellow.
You can either:
Select, then Admire will create a new account with the newly entered data.
Choose an account and then select . Admire will cancel what you just entered and open the old account you selected.
