Data Center

The Admire Rebuild Data Center combines Reporting and Data Maintenance in one easy to use location.  Here you can filter to see the data you want, download it as a pdf or csv file or make changes in bulk.  All the data you see is in real time, just refresh your browser to view the most recent updated information. Reports start off as a data list which you can then save as a Report for the future together with setting up different levels of permissions for other users.

• Choose from the Admire left-hand sidebar to go to the Data Center screen.

Data Center Folders

Keeping all your Reports/Lists organized is very easy and convenient in the Data Center.  Upon saving a list as a report you will be prompted to organize the report into a folder.  All your organizations folders will appear on the Data Center home screen and can be expanded to view their contents.  

Narrowing Down Which Reports Display

• Use the Search bar to find a report.  If you search for part of the name all reports which have that as part of the name will appear.

  

• Select located on top of the list of folders to view the reports that you created.

• Use the drop-down arrow by to view only a specific type of report/list.

  

Data Center Pinned Reports

This feature allows you to pin reports that are used often for quick easy access. The Report must already be saved in order to Pin.

• Expand the folder that the report is located in or simply search for it using

  .

• Click on located at the end of the Report.

  

• Select from the menu.

  

• The Pinned Report will now display on the Data Center home screen.
