Deleting a Pledge

• Click on  either on the Pledge screen next to the pledge or on the top right when the pledge is opened in the right-hand sidebar.

• Choose .

• A screen will popup asking you if you wish to delete the pledge.

  • If there are payment applied to the pledge you will notified that they will beunapplied payment.

• Select to permanently delete the pledge (and unapply the payments).

  Unapplied Payments

• If deleting the pledge caused payments to become unapplied payment the Unapplied Payments screen will popup.

• The screen notes the payment information and allows you to easily to apply the payment.

  • Either click to search for a different account that has a pledge this payment should get applied to, creating a Third Party Payment,

  • Or click to create a new pledge on the original account.

  Please Note:

  Admire does not allow unapplied payments to be recorded to accounting.  Additionally, because they are not linked to a Campaign pledge they will not show up in Campaign Overview Reports which may result in financial inaccuracies.
