Editing a Pledge
Click on the pledge to open in up fully on the right-hand sidebar.
Use the on the top-right to:
Create Installment Schedule
Send Invoice - see below for directions
Change Account - move the pledge to alternate account, see below for directions
Send Invoice
Click on and choose .
Two options will appear:
Choosing Email
will email the account an invoice
will NOT work if there is no email on file
Choosing Print
will generate an Invoice in another tab on your browser for you to print out.

Change Account
Click on and choose .
The Find Account screen will popup.
Use the search bar to find the account or to create a new one.
If you create a new account the pledge will automatically transfer once you save the new account information.
Select the account from the list that appears once you search.
The pledge will transfer to the selected account.
Edit the Campaign
Click on the Campaign Name to edit it.
Use the dropdown to select a new one from the list.
Clicking the X clears out the original campaign name.
Edit Pledge Fields
Click the actual date/amount/note to edit it.
To add a note click the + next to .
Click the when done or click to cancel the edit.
Edit the Applied Payment
Click the Applied Payment and that payment will now open in the right-hand sidebar.
