Import Screen Overview

Import Feed

The Import Feed Screen in the New Admire simplifies both account and financial imports.  It allows you to input spreadsheet style data directly to your database with the least intervention possible.

Admire Import Dictionary

• Feed - A process for importing data into Admire involving configuring data headers from the source to Admire fields that is reusable so there is  no need to repeat setup, streamlining the process for future uploads.

• Regular Feed - A reusable feed but its data spreadsheet needs to be manual uploaded to Admire.

• Automatic Feed - A reusable feed that automatically connects to the data source and sends over the data to Admire without human intervention.

• Upload - The process of transferring a data spreadsheet from a source into an Admire feed for processing, before it's added to your Admire database.

• Import - Taking the Uploaded data on a feed and placing it into your Admire database.

Overview of the Import Screen Features

Stats

The Stats displayed on top are derived from the Current Campaign that was chosen on the home screen.  This allows you to see ongoing updated Current Campaign totals even if you have not matched accounts yet.

first two - all uploaded data not yet imported

2nd two - current campaign when chosen as preset

1. Total Unmatched Income - Income from feeds towards the Current Campaign that was not matched yet.

2. Unmatched Pledge Qty - Amount of pledges from feeds towards the Current Campaign that were not matched yet.

3. Total [Current Campaign] Income - Current Campaign income + income from unmatched uploaded feeds.

4. Total [Current Campaign] Pledge Qty - Current Campaign pledge quantity + pledges from unmatched uploaded feeds.

   Please Note:

   These Stats for Current Campaign + Feeds Data will only include the Feeds which have the Current Campaign chosen as a Prefill (as chosen in the screenshot below).  

   Not when it is a matched field on the spreadsheet.  

   

Matching Records Bar

This section of the screen displays how the uploaded data matched with what is in your current Admire database.

Clicking will bring you to the Match Accounts screen.  Clicking any of the 3 options on the bar will open that section in the Match Accounts screen.

Admire Import Dictionary

• Matches - Accounts from the import feed that matched with accounts currently in your database.

• New Accounts - Accounts from the import feed that have no match to your database and should be imported as new accounts.

• Suggestions - Accounts from the import feed that have possible matches to accounts in your database.

Feeds Section

• In this section the only most recent feeds are displayed.  Click to add another spreadsheet to it and to expand that feed.

• To upload data, either to an existing or new feed, click on the top right of the section.
