Layout Overrides
With the Layout Override option, Admire allows you to choose designated times when the overall layout of your Letters template can change to be something different. When a new pledge or payment fit the criteria for a layout override, the Letters popup will indicate what is being changed.
How to Create an Override
Go to then choose from the left-hand sidebar.
Expand the Letter type you wish to create an override for by clicking the + sign on the right side.
Click on located in the Layout section.
The Create Override screen appears.
Override Rule
Here is where you set the circumstances that if your data matches, the Letter will generate with the override.

Choose an option from the dropdown menu that appears.
This works the same way a Letters Exception does. Learn more about it here: Letters: Exceptions.
Selecting What to Override
In this section you select which part of your general template should get overridden and what should be in its place.
You can choose to override any or all of these sections.
Click next to the section you wish to edit.
This part of setting up the override is the same as setting it up the regular template. Learn more about how to do it here: Letters: Settings & Templates.
Click, to remove the override.
allows you to preview the changes.
Select when done.
Note:
When making changes to your templates and there are already Letters generated but not sent out yet, you will get this message:
Click on to set these changes for all letters waiting to be sent out.
