Managing Credit Cards

All credit cards that were entered on an account are stored in one central location.  

View Credit Cards on Account

• On the account there is a small credit card icon located on the top right next to the Create Pledge button.

• Click on to view all the credit cards listed on the account.

  

Add a new Card

• Click onlocated on the top right next to the Create Pledge button.

• Select to add a new card to the list.

Edit an Existing Card

• Click on located on the top right next to the Create Pledge button, to view all the credit cards listed on the account.

• Select located after the card you need to edit.

  

• Select Edit from the drop-down menu.

  

• Card will expand to show all the information with the option to edit any field.

  

• Select when done.

Deleting a Credit Card

The Admire Rebuild does not allow you to delete a credit card. Instead we offer the option to archive the card.  This way all payments made with this card will display properly but the card will no longer be available to be charged.

How to Archive a Card

• Click on located on the top right next to the Create Pledge button on the person’s account.

• Select located after the card you need to edit.

• Select from the drop-down menu.

  

• The credit card will now be marked .  It will not be available when you make a credit card payment.

• If the card you wish to Archive has future payments on it, you will be asked to select a replacement card.

Restore an Archived Card

• Click on located on the top right next to the Create Pledge button on the person’s account.

• Select located after the card you need to restore.

• Click on .

• Card will no longer be Archived and will be available to charge.
