Organizing your Admire Data
Admire is your database used to store your company's information and data. Keeping your data organized and "clean" will help you maximize Admire efficiency and procedures. Remember the Admire saying "Garbage in - is garbage out".
The Admire rebuild showcases many options to assist you towards the goal of organized data. By harnessing these different features properly you will get the most out of your Admire usage.
The three main tools for Data Organization in Admire are:
- Custom Fields - A field that is not part of the ordinary Admire, created by your organization for its needs. Custom Fields can be placed on the Account/Pledge/Payment level.
- Associations - An identifier telling who this account is to your organization. Associations can only be placed on Accounts.
- Scratch Lists - A way of grouping accounts together that have no other unifier or common denominator. Only Accounts can be placed in a Scratch List.
IMPORTANT!

What was called MASTER FLAGS in the Old Admire is now called ASSOCIATIONS.
The list of Old Admire ASSOCIATIONS that you either checked off or selected from a drop-down is now called CUSTOM FIELDS.
