QuickBooks Online Integration

Set Up
To get started, navigate to Settings > Account. Select "Record to: Quickbooks Online", and click connect. This will take you to a QuickBooks's login screen, where you will log in using your QB credentials. Once you're in, Admire is connected to Quickbooks and can see your Chart of Accounts, create new customers and classes for you, and send data to Quickbooks. You can then choose how to map your fields, or keep the default values. These options tell Admire where each Admire field should go within Quickbooks - ex: store my Admire campaigns as Quickbooks customers.

Recording to Quickbooks
Ready to record? Within the batch screen, select one or multiple batches to record. You will see the breakdown of how each batch will be sent to Quickbooks, and can expand to see the Admire payments included in the combined sums transferred. For items which have Accounting Names set, Quickbooks mapping values will be prefilled. For missing values, you will see a dropdown to select or add a Quickbooks record. You can also hover and click to change values where you'd like to override the Accounting Name. (Values adjusted while recording to Quickbooks will not be saved for future use. To set a prefilled value for a campaign/campaign group, go to Campaigns > Manage Campaigns, click to edit a campaign/campaign group, and fill the Accounting Name field.)
Note that unapplied payments will not be sent over to Quickbooks.
