What is a Scratch List?
Admire Quick Tip!
A Scratch List lets you group various accounts together under one umbrella.
While most list can be created straight from Admire’s Lists, sometimes you need to collect together some accounts that have no filterable common denominator. The Scratch List was created to address this need.
In an effort to keep your database current and up to date and not get clogged up with old outdated data the Scratch Lists will expire. Of course the Scratch List creator will get a warning before this happens and has the ability to extend the expiration as needed.
Various accounts get placed into this designated list and then they can be reported on as one unit.

Old Admire VS the Admire Rebuild
While in the old Admire you may have given someone a printed list and said “circle all the accounts on this list that you would like to do xyz with”, on the Admire Rebuild you can now have them create a Scratch List!
Additionally, the user has the ability to mark a Scratch List private so only its creator can access it
