Marking Cell Phone for SMS (Text) Opt In/Out
A cell phone number on an Individual can be marked whether or not they want to receive SMS (texting). A cell phone that opted-out of SMS will be marked with 
when viewed from the Individual right-sidebar screen.
How to Opt in or Out out
Open the account the individual is on.
Select the individual from the list so that it opens in the right-sidebar.
Click the
next to Phone to add a new number or hover over the existing number and select the 
that appears on the blue box to edit it.Choose either
on the phone entry pop-up.
When done, select
for a new cell number or 
for an old number.
