What are Tags?

Another tool to help you organize and identify data is Tags.  A tag is a label or keyword attached to your data.  You can then have tags display on your Lists/Reports, filter for some kinds of tags and add them to some data in bulk.  Additionally you can color code your tags for easy recognition.  Admire will not allow a record to be tagged with a duplicate tag.

Where Can I Put a Tag?

  • You can add a tag to:

    • Any contact information like a phone number or address.

      • Example: tag a phone number “Call only in evening”.

      • Example: tag an address “Summer Home”.

    • A pledge or payment.

      • Example: tag a pledge “might up pledge when sends payment”.

      • Example: tag a payment “third party check”.
