Third Party Payment
Admire lets you easily enter third party payments. This means that the pledge is recorded on one account but the payment for that pledge is recorded on a second account.
How to Enter a Third Party Payment
Open the Create Payment screen.
Either directly from the account which made the payment .
Or from located in the top right corner.
The account which made the payment should be selected on top.
Click the located in the Pledge section of the Create Payment screen.
The Find Pledge From Account screen will pop-up. Use the screen’s search bar to find the account which has the outstanding pledge and select it.
The outstanding pledges on that account will appear on the screen with a note showing who it belongs to.
As you can see on this screenshot only the bottom pledge belongs to the third party. The upper pledge belongs to the original account.
Select the third party pledge to apply the payment towards it.
Once the rest of the information is recorded you can hit .
Viewing a Third Party Payment
From the Account with the Pledge
Go the the account that has the pledge.
Click the down-arrow, next to paid located on the line of the pledge that was paid via third party.
Expanded screen will appear with the payment details.
Click the payment details (date, amount or method) and the payment will open in the right side bar with all the details.
Below the account name, a bar appears noting that this is a third party payment.
If you click the account name, Admire will open a new tab with that account displayed.
Example: If you click on Roth, Shmuel and Raizel their account will open on a new tab.
From the Account with the Payment
Go to the account that made the payment.
Select the tab.
Payment is displayed with a note that it is a third party payment.
You can click anywhere on the payment line to open it up with all the details in the right-hand sidebar.
Below the account name, a bar appears noting that this is a third party payment.
Scroll down the page to see the pledge information. It displays the account which made the pledge.
You can click the pledge to open up all the details on it.
Click the to return to the payment.
