Campaign Groups: Step-by-Step Guide

How to Create a Campaign Group
Select from the Admire Left-hand Side-bar.
Click on .
Select from the Manage Campaigns pop-up screen.
Screen will expand to allow you to enter in new Campaign Group information.
Add in the information.
Select the proper Category from the drop-down.
Check/check-off the Tax-Deductible option as needed.
Description: this is an optional field.
Accounting Name: this will prefill with the Group Name but can be overwritten. **Coming Soon** Learn more about Accounting Names here.
Click when done.
Manage & Edit Campaign Groups
View Campaign Groups
Select from the Admire Left-hand Side-bar.
Click on .
The Manage Campaigns screen will pop-up.
All your groups will be listed.
Click to expand each group to see the various campaigns under this group.
indicates this Campaign Group is tax-deductible.
Edit/Delete Campaign Group
Select from the Admire Left-hand Side-bar.
Click on .
The Manage Campaigns screen will pop-up.
Use to delete a Campaign Group.
Note: if there are campaigns under this group it cannot be deleted until the campaigns are removed.
Use to edit a Campaign Group.
It will expand the screen and the Campaign Group information will appear at the top of the screen.
Make your changes and then click when done.
How to Switch a Campaign Group on a Campaign
Select from the Admire Left-hand Side-bar.
Find the Campaign you wish to move from the list.
Select from the right end of the line that Campaign is on.
Choose from the drop-down menu.
Find the new Group from the Campaign Groups list that pops-up.
Click on it and it will move it to the selected group.
