Important Information for you and your IT pre-migration:
Admire Unlimited (AU) removes the technical overhead from you and your IT, and transfers the hosting responsibility to Admire. Below, please note some information regarding this and some of the changes that may be required as you move forward with AU.
- We will need access to your Admire server to migrate the data. If you have linked documents stored on other servers / computers, we will need access to those as well.
- We have a variety of technologies and techniques in place to secure our environment and your data. This includes firewalls, EDR, logging, and isolated backups to Azure. Additionally, access to AU is protected by multi-factor authentication (MFA). Options for MFA include a Microsoft Authenticator text, app or phone call.
- To ensure PCI compliance, we will need to tokenize any credit card information that is not currently tokenized as your data is imported into AU. Please note that you will need to have an account set up with a gateway that is compatible with tokenization in Admire.
- Admire Unlimited is accessed via a web browser. As it is web/internet based, please ensure that every computer using Admire has a stable NIC and internet connection for proper performance, otherwise the connection can drop.
- You may find it convenient to bookmark https://client.wvd.microsoft.com/arm/webclient/ as a means to access AU.
Please make sure that the following sites are not blocked by your internet filter:
- login.microsoftonline.com
- *.wvd.microsoft.com
- *.servicebus.windows.net
- go.microsoft.com
- aka.ms
- learn.microsoft.com
- privacy.microsoft.com
- query.prod.cms.rt.microsoft.com
- For the most up to date information, see the live Azure Documentation.
- We highly recommend using a password manager for easy and secure password management.
- Due to the changes in the way you interact with Admire, there may be some changes to accessing and saving files, as well as printing. If you currently print late notes and do not yet use Adrenaline for attendance entry, you will need to start doing so. Click here to learn how to print late notes in Adrenaline.
- You will not be able to print directly from your application if using AU via the browser. When attempting to print, the file will save in your local downloads, and it will pop up on the bottom of your screen, to be printed directly from there.
- File saving will also be saved to your local folder. You can upload a file (i.e. create an attachment in Admire, etc.), by using the upload button on the webpage.
- Additionally, if you would like to record deposits to QuickBooks, the process will be different as well. If you use QuickBooks Online, you now have the option to record deposits directly by using Adrenaline. If you still use QuickBooks desktop, you will no longer be able to record deposits directly and instead will need to run an export and then record these transactions via a utility on your computer. Your consultant will be happy to review all such information with you and get you comfortable with these changes.
- Clients that use Action Pads must have a static IP address. This IP information is required prior to moving forward. Coordination with our team may be required to retrieve the serial numbers of the devices. Once the Action Pads are updated, they will need to be powered off and back on to properly connect to AU.
- ota.admng.com must be whitelisted
- Action pads need to be on version 6 or later

Check Scanner
To enable check scanner integration with Admire Unlimited, please forward the following instructions to your IT:
- Ensure the check scanner is plugged in to power and ethernet
- Use an IP scanning tool (eg: Advanced IP Scanner) to find the scanner on the network and identify its private IP address
- On your router, assign a static private IP address to the check scanner device to ensure it doesn't change
- Forward inbound TCP traffic on port 80 to the private IP of the scanner from our source IP - 20.10.138.123
- Ensure your public IP address is static to avoid interrupted connections
- Submit your Public IP address to Admire
